Can free users upload MP4 or MP3 files?

No. Native file uploads are a Premium feature. Free users can still generate slides from supported YouTube URLs.

What happens after I register?

You receive a six-digit verification code by email. Your account is activated after you verify the code within the expiration window.

How does password reset work?

You can request a reset code through the forgot-password flow. The code is time-limited and must be submitted with your new password before it expires.

How long are my files kept?

Retention depends on deployment settings and tier. Temporary and free-tier files may be deleted automatically after the configured retention period.

How can I delete my data?

You can remove individual generations where supported, and you can request account-level deletion through supported data-removal flows. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Are uploads processed securely?

Yes. Uploaded files are processed through controlled application services and storage integrations used for generation, editing, and export.
